Q. I signed in from off campus, but it still won't let me log in to the database or article I want. What do I do now?

Answer

First, make sure that you correctly typed in your username and password (it is the same as your WebAccess username and password). If you have, and still can't use the databases, contact the Reference Department at (910) 893-1467, or chat with us online.
