I signed in from off campus, but it still won't let me log in to the database or article I want. What do I do now?

First, make sure you typed in your username and password correctly (this should be the same username and password that you use to get into Blackboard.) If you have, and still can’t get in try switching the browser that you are using. If you are using Chrome, try using Firefox. If you are using Firefox, try using Chrome.
